It's Love Actually.....
Content:
The article was about Love - when should you admit you're in love? The introduction was: 'Love is an obstacle course. First you have to find a man. Then you have the horror of the first date'.

Four couples were interviewed and I gave comments on Dom and Kristyna, Christie and Kitty.

Dom told Christina he loved her after one week and the article suggested that saying 'I love you' can suggest you're easily infatuated. I commented "It can cut a relationship short. If you say it soon, you may worry you've given him the power to hurt you. And if he says it, you can't help but analyse how he can be so sure".

7 Days to a More Confident You
Content:
As part of a feature designed to boost personal confidence and offer readers practical tips on how to cope better with the stresses and strains of every day life, I was asked to contribute to the article, 'Confidence Tricksters'.

The article opened with: 'It's not something you're born with - confidence is a skill you have to learn. These experts had to and the rest of us can too. Try their tricks and tips'.

My contribution was "On a sheet of paper, I wrote down all my achievements over the years and then worked out the ten character traits that led to them, such as intelligence and determination. I copied these strengths onto some index cards that I keep in my handbag, and now I look at them in times of need".
