Dr Susan Smith is an Business Psychologist and Behaviour Analyst. She is Managing Director of Insight – Psychology in Action based in Surrey, the consultancy practice she founded in 1989. Sue has both Batchelor of Science and a Masters Degree and is a member of the British Psychological Society.

Much of Sue's consultancy work is geared towards women and she is a highly acclaimed international expert and keynote speaker on Stress and Stress Management. Other issues close to her heart include Self-Esteem & Confidence Boosting, Emotional Detox and Managing Change. Sue regularly runs corporate and open coaching programmes, workshops and seminars. The Power and Influence for Success open seminar programme runs at regular intervals each year across the UK.
