Managing Director
Mölnlycke Health
Care UK
I first met Sue Firth in 2002 when she presented on the topic of
Managing Change to our Chief Executive group in TEC.
Having seen Sue perform in front of this group, I decided that she
would be able to support ambition to launch a series of Health Care
Forums for our 300 most valued customers in the UK. In any hospital
there are two important areas for the staff to manage – change and
stress. So we launched 6 health care forums in 2003 where Sue was
the key speaker during the day and she talked about managing change
in front of approximately 60 customers at a time.
Her seminars were extremely well received. Consequently we decided
to use Sue again in 2004 on the topic of stress management in each
of the seven health care forums organised across the UK. The two first
forums have been held and Sue has been as well received this year
as she was last.
I have also decided to involve Sue in the Leadership Programme for
all Mölnlycke Health Care UK Managers on the topic of managing
change. She will be supporting the roll out of this leadership programme
into some key European markets.
I have been very pleased with the work Sue Firth has done for us
and would not hesitate to use her again!

I am very pleased to provide a testimonial which outlines the work
that you have done for Legal & General over a number of years.
Sue Firth has run a series of excellent programmes for us in relation
to Power and Influence in the workplace. These programmes have attracted
excellent feedback from participants and have been very successful
in meeting our business and personal development objectives. Sue has
had a long-standing association with Legal & General which has
been very successful in delivering high quality programmes.

Sue is "probably one of the most effective workshop leaders we have
had in the last 3 years". Comments from the members included "a fascinating
and thought provoking session illustrating much of what a lot of us
probably already practice subconsciously but now we can implement
it with planning". "Excellent speaker" and "full of energy and great
presentation".

Sue Firth is a highly competent trainer and an entertaining presenter.
She clearly tailored her workshops to meet the needs of her
audience. They were both very interactive and all the participants
felt that they had met their own individual objectives. As
one of the course participants too, I felt that at the end of the
day I had a much better understanding of the sources and causes
of stress. I felt equipped to understand and manage my own stress
levels more effectively as well as those of my employees.
Sue gave us a very useful toolkit. We would have no hesitation
in recommending her to others. |
